Terms Of Service

I will retain the rights to my own art. If you do not want your artwork displayed publicly please speak to me about this. The consumer will have the right to display my artwork ONLY for personal use. Commercial use is not permitted unless that is specifically agreed upon. Once paid for, you can display my art with or without credit, but credit is appreciated. Do not resell any designs purchased less than 6 months after the purchase. Do not ever use or edit my art to display a visual or message I haven’t consented to. At least 50% of the agreed upon price will be required up front, and the remaining required when the final sketch has been finished. I will only offer refunds up until the final sketch has been completed. I WILL NOT ISSUE PERSONAL REPAYMENTS. If for any reason you wish to pursue a refund, you must do so through your means of payment. I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.

What work do I do?
My specialty is in character art and design. Most of my work is figure-central. I design characters often, and can create a complete design sheet for you. I prefer the digital medium, but also dabble in paint, pencil, and physical crafts. I work best with humanoids, but I am willing to take on other creatures. I also love to include unnerving themes in my art, such as horror violence, or gore.
What I will NOT do:

- Hate speech/harassment
- Illegal materials
- Sexually explicit content without a valid ID

I reserve the right to deny any content for any reason.
